Luffy is incredibly loving, playful, and connects quickly with humans! He seems well-trained, highly intelligent, and very understanding. Because he is smart and active, he needs a secure, attentive family where he won't try to wander off or run away.

Meet Luffy, a handsome young local breed dog (under 2 years old) currently staying in Kirtipur, Dhalpa. Bikita rescued him 10 days ago when he was lost or abandoned on the street, being attacked by stray dogs. She brought him inside to safety, but since she already owns a dog and Luffy is aggressive towards other dogs, keeping him long-term is very difficult. He was briefly placed in a temporary home, but now urgently needs a permanent, single-pet home.
